Kitchen Designer Business Plans

Does your sales team need to be more entrepreneurial ?

Do the members of your sales team work as though they are an employee of the company, or they are self employed business people who are striving to hit their goals and grow their earnings.

During my previous employed roles as a designer, a sales representative, a manager, or part of the senior management team, I always worked with the mindset that I was self employed, but with the support and back up of a head office team, state of the art products, and a marketing and promotions team to promote me.

This way of working kept me focused on my vision, and was my motivation to drive me to succeed. It also gave some excellent foundations for when I started up my own business.

Do you have members of your sales force who would also benefit from this way of thinking ?

An absolute foundation to any successful business is a solid business plan. And it should be no different for a salesperson who wants to succeed.

I have designed a personal business plan that salespeople can use to map out their road to business success, and all the time checking their progress, and shaping the way they do business.

This document can be their personal handbook, with their own targets, goals and rewards mapped along the way.

This is a collobarotive document, where I will work with the team member in putting together the plan, and make sure it is clear, concise and manageable.

Just some of the things we will look at are:

Income and commission calculators

1, 2, 3 year plans

Target setting

Life goals

Lead bank and customer maintenance

Training needs

Personal and professional development

Recommended reading and further development ideas

and a LOT more

This is how the process works ...

Step 1 - Myself and the colleague have a one hour initial video call to "fact find" and gain as much insight as possible as to what the pack needs to include.

Step 2 - I will then put the business plan together with all of the information we discussed, and present it in the most effective way.

Step 3 - On another video call with the colleague, I will present the plan, and we will talk through every step and make any adjustments necessary.

Step 4 - I will then put the final pack together into a digital format that the colleague can then share if they want to, but also constantly refer back to.

Step 5 - We will review the plan after the first year to make any changes we feel necessary to the original plan.

If you feel like it would be beneficial to do this on a larger scale for your business, get in touch and we can discuss different ways of delivering this.

Any questions then please get in touch.
