What Are Your Lost Leads Saying ?

Do you ever wonder how much money is still in your “lost” file ?

Recently, I have been going through the dead files of two clients, and had so much success, I have decided to offer the service as a standalone option.

​

 

When I spoke to the clients before the exercise, they told me what they thought I would get told by the customers.

​

 

“They were too expensive”

“We went with a competitor because they offered a different product”

‘We didn’t decide to go ahead with the project”

​

 

What I actually got told was …

​

 

“The design were uninspiring”

“The salesperson didn’t listen to our needs”

“We actually ended up paying more than our original budget elsewhere”

​

 

PLUS, I managed to reignite 10% of the customer I called back to live leads.

​

 

People who were put in the closed file too early, or people whose circumstances had changed.

 

 

But why did I have so much success ?

 

 

As somebody who was ringing with no ties to the shop, people were a lot more open and willing to talk.

 

I received emails, text messages and voicemails where people were telling me exactly how they found the process and what they liked and didn’t like.

Here is how it works.

​

 

1 - You send me an initial list of customers you would like me to contact. The cost per customer is £10 each. (Minimum 10 customers). So if you send me 30 customers to contact, the cost is £300. (It can be just a name and phone number, but the more information I have about the project, the better).

​

2 - We will have an initial call to discuss anything I need to know, and what you want to get from the calls.

​

3 - I will make contact with the customer. Initially I will try to call them, but I will also try WhatsApp, text messages, email and social media if that fails. People are generally very good and happy for a contact.

​

4 - We will have a video call where I will present the results back to you, and give you my thoughts based on the conversations I have had.
