I have written a new course looking at the whole customer journey process, but …….
From the customers viewpoint.
From the first time the client contacts the showroom, to the final sign off, we look at the whole process from the customers perspective.
What are their expectations?
What do they want from us, as retailers?
How do we make it feel like we are on the journey with the customer, and not just selling to them?
How do we build rapport to make the process go as smoothly as possible?
How to we bind all of this together to close the sale with the minimum of “selling?”
This course offers a totally fresh perspective on “traditional” sales skills, and puts us in the minds of our customers to help better understand how we should be delivering our designs.
The course will be relevant for anybody selling to retail customers. It could be kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms or any other home improvement project.
This is a full one day workshop which will either take place at Halcyon Interiors in Wigmore Street, London, or at Lochanna Kitchens in Bolton.
